Shipping & Returns
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information ,within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the email address you provided when checking out. All orders will be delivered curbside. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we do not offer installations of our vanities. Deliveries are curbside only and will be unloaded from the truck; however, the item will not be carried into the home. We recommend hiring a plumber for installation.

- All hardware and faucets for the plumbing will need to be purchased separately in addition to the vanity.
Parts Missing or Damages Upon Receipt:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
In the case where parts are missing or need replacement, we can quickly obtain a part in order to complete your item. However, please note that due to our wide selection of furniture, it is impossible to keep all parts and items in stock all the time. There are times replacements must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Many furniture manufacturers are located overseas, resulting in a normal lead time from 4-6 weeks.
All orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a shipment is en route you (the buyer) will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. To cancel an order simply email email@example.com before your order has shipped. We will then get back to you with a confirmation that your order has been cancelled. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.
Here at simplysinks we offer a 30-day return guarantee. After your order has been received, and it is not all that you hoped it to be, we will gladly issue a refund. However you will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges. The item must also be in new, unused, and unassembled condition for us to properly issue a refund. In addition, the item must be securely packaged in its original packaging. We will only accept a return if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept product that has been assembled or used or modified in any way. All returns must arrive at our Fulfillment Center in original condition; otherwise additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit.
- Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges.
- Upon receipt of merchandise in good condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
