Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information ,within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the email address you provided when checking out. All orders will be delivered curbside. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days feel free to follow up with us at sales@simplysinksvanities.com.

Installation:

Unfortunately, we do not offer installations of our vanities. Deliveries are curbside only and will be unloaded from the truck; however, the item will not be carried into the home. We recommend hiring a plumber for installation.

• *Note*: we are not responsible for any damage created during installation, for this reason, we highly recommend hiring a plumber
• All hardware and faucets for the plumbing will need to be purchased separately in addition to the vanity.

Parts Missing or Damages Upon Receipt:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to returns@simplysinksvanities.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

In the case where parts are missing or need replacement, we can quickly obtain a part in order to complete your item. However, please note that due to our wide selection of furniture, it is impossible to keep all parts and items in stock all the time. There are times replacements must be ordered directly from the manufacturer.  Many furniture manufacturers are located overseas, resulting in a normal lead time from 4-6 weeks.

Cancelations:

All orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a shipment is en route you (the buyer) will be responsible for any and all return shipping charges. To cancel an order simply email sales@simplysinksvanities.com before your order has shipped. We will then get back to you with a confirmation that your order has been cancelled. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order.

Returns: 

Here at simplysinks we offer a 30-day return guarantee. After your order has been received, and it is not all that you hoped it to be, we will gladly issue a refund. However you will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges. The item must also be in new, unused, and unassembled condition for us to properly issue a refund. In addition, the item must be securely packaged in its original packaging. We will only accept a return if you contact us within 30 days of delivery.  We cannot accept product that has been assembled or used or modified in any way. All returns must arrive at our Fulfillment Center in original condition; otherwise additional fees will apply and will be deducted from your credit.

• Please note that unless the return or exchange is a result of an error on our part, we cannot credit shipping or handling charges.

• Upon receipt of merchandise in good condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

Price Guarantee Policy:

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for any and all bathroom vanities. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you ordered within six months of the purchase date, we will refund the difference as well. 

To request a partial refund simply email us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months of your purchase date and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates, and buy one get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on our competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can't be a discounter or auction website (i.e; eBay, Overstock etc.)
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer for the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
